Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage your subscription directly from your iPhone's App Store settings. No emails, no phone calls, no guilt trips.
What's the difference between monthly and annual?
Same features either way. The annual plan ($49.99/year) works out to about $4.17/month — that's 40% less than paying monthly. Pick whichever commitment feels right.
Is there a free trial?
We don't do a free trial in the traditional sense — instead, the Free tier is permanent. You get 5 scans in your first month (3/month after), one pet profile, and full access to the food database. Upgrade to Pro only when you're ready.
Does the subscription auto-renew?
Yes. Apple handles all subscription billing. You can turn off auto-renewal anytime in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
What if I have multiple pets?
The Free tier gives you one pet profile. Pro unlocks unlimited pets — so a multi-pet household only needs one Pro account. Each pet gets their own scores, history, and personalized recommendations.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are handled through Apple's standard refund process. You can request a refund directly through Apple's Report a Problem page within 90 days of your purchase.
