Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Pro starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel in your iPhone settings before it ends and you won't be charged. The Free plan doesn't expire either, so you can stay on it as long as you like.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Your subscription is managed in your iPhone's App Store settings, so you can cancel there in a couple of taps. No emails or phone calls.
What's the difference between monthly and annual?
Same features either way. Annual is $49.99 a year, which works out to about $4.17 a month, 40% less than paying monthly.
Does it renew automatically?
Yes. Apple handles all billing. To turn off renewal, go to Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
I have more than one pet. What do I need?
Free covers one pet profile. One Pro subscription covers every pet in your home, each with their own grades, history and portions.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds go through Apple's standard process. You can request one on Apple's Report a Problem page within 90 days of purchase.
