I'm Luca, and I built Kibble in memory of my Dachshund, Duchess. In her later years she developed kidney issues that, alongside cancer, eventually took her from us. Through that time, I spent hours standing in pet stores reading ingredient lists I didn't fully understand — trying to find food that would be gentle on her body and actually support her health.
Pet food marketing is loud. Real nutrition information is buried. The same bag is "premium" on the front and confusing on the back. And every animal is different — what works for a young, healthy dog won't work for a senior with kidney disease. None of the existing tools accounted for that.
